Question Time!

in answer to your questions (FAQ)

how much do you charge?

we aim to produce high quality and therefore can give a project as much time as required. Although we do not  suffer the usual constraints of time, revenue and volumes dictated by a PLC we do need to cover our costs
a guide for a set of panoramas would be in the region of £200 -£300 which would involve spending at least a week on the project more often than not tasking more than a single session to achieve the right shots.
our websites are £100 - once set up you can change most of the content yourselves  (we would tend to recommend you have your own web designer as this is not our core business )

Where does roompix work ?

we are in thanet for some of the year but work throughout europe and are currently in a remote mountain area of the czech republic
naturally we do not factor in a trip to UK in our prices! most of our work will be through partnership Web designers such as Webdandy.
we prefer not to work in london and would rather recommend another company for such work.

Can I use my web designer as  I am very happy with them ?

of course you can and we would encourage you to.

our main business is in web photography and we actually prefer you to keep to your own web designer
we are happiest working for web designers as they are better placed to ascertatin your precise requirements.

our tours can either be integrated and embedded into the site or can be launched from a hyperlink or button which would have the minimal impact on your site or its current design

(we simply offer web sites as a vehicle for customers who don't have a website yet)

Who do I contact ?

Please use the form provided and we will respond as soon as possible or contact Web Dandy

When will the tours be ready ?

although we can turn around a simple tour in about 2 days it would simply 'tick boxes' and we don't think such a job would be done well enough for most customers.
expect to see some ideas during the first week and final product by month end.

What can I use tours for ?

tours are useful in any web page
because they are interactive  they involve the readers of the page
also as we can force a panorama to automatically rotate they grab the readers attention and keep them on the page for longer
use them to describe a house for sale  or a rental property or holiday home or a place to visit or a restaurant
